Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
We are looking for an experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our staff. You’ll be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial reports and tax returns for various small/ medium business clients. Our ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting and tax laws, and tax return preparation skills. Previous work experience, along with a degree in Accounting and a CPA license is required for this role.
Responsibilities
– Keep up to date financial records for several small business clients
– Tax planning and tax projections
– Prepare 1120s, 1120-Ss, 1065s, 1040s and 1041s
– Maintain client relationships and be the point of contact for the client
– See an engagement from start to finish
Requirements
– Licensed CPA
– See an engagement from start to finish
– Thorough knowledge of accounting and financial procedures
– Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
– Experience (or quick to learn) various accounting software
– Advanced MS Software knowledge
– Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail
– Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information
– 3 years of public accounting
– 3 years of tax return preparation<

Tax Preparer
We are seeking an experienced Tax Preparer to join our team! If you are detail-oriented, hard-working, and enjoy a fast-paced but friendly environment, we would love to meet you!
This can be a full-time position year around or just full-time during the months of January through April and part-time for the remainder of the year.
Compensation will be based on experience.
Your experience should at a minimum include:
– 2 years of experience independently preparing 1040s
– Strong oral and written communication skills
– Strong computer skills particularly in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience that we would consider a plus, include:
– CS Professional Suite (UltraTax, FileCabinet CS & Accounting CS)
– Independently preparing small business tax returns (1065 / 1120S / 1120)
– QuickBooks
